More Than a Scheduling Software

On the first production schedule planned with Sitedrive, you can typically improve project times by at least 15%. But customers who have fully adopted the Sitedrive way are already building 50% faster.

It depends on where your project is and how many people plan it.

• Free Trial. You want to try Sitedrive on a real schedule first. You get 30 days with one site and one editor.
• Plan. You’re planning or bidding a project and don’t need site follow-up yet. Upgrade to Lite when the site starts and you want to track progress.
• Lite. You’re running a site and your schedule is kept up to date by a small team of up to 4 editors, with status reporting, printing and export included.
• Pro. You’re running a site where more people plan, with up to 10 editors. Pro also adds the API, floor plans and premium customer service.
• Mega projects. You’re running a large project with any number of editors and a premium SLA.
• Enterprise. You run many sites and want one agreement across them, with terms tailored to your company.

Your project and schedule stay in your account. To keep planning, choose the plan that fits your project. To run production on site, with status updates and progress tracking, you’ll need at least the Lite plan.

Yes. You can upload your schedule to Sitedrive (MS Project, Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject). Sitedrive creates a new schedule from it. You can also import tasks from Excel or CSV into an existing Sitedrive schedule.

Yes. Sitedrive supports Gantt, line of balance and takt in the same schedule, so you can keep planning the way you do today. Most customers start with a simple plan by floor and bring in takt later, in the phases where it fits, often interiors, or not at all.

Editors build and change the schedule: they plan the work, set locations and dates, and keep the plan up to date. These are usually your project managers, planners and site managers. The number of editors depends on your plan.

Viewing users see the live schedule in the browser or on their phone, so everyone works from the same up-to-date plan. They can’t change the plan itself. Viewing users are unlimited on every plan, so you can bring in your whole site team, subcontractors and management at no extra cost.

In the EU. All your project data, including schedules, work packages and everything related to them, is stored on Google Cloud in Hamina, Finland, with backups in a second EU region. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and backed up daily.

Sitedrive is a Finnish company and acts as your data processor under GDPR. We provide a data processing agreement, and you can export your data at any time.

Two small categories are handled outside this boundary, and we tell you about them openly. Sign-in records (email address and login details) are handled by Google’s sign-in service. Our network security provider, Cloudflare, processes brief connection logs. Neither ever includes your project or schedule data.
