Earnings depend on your partner type. Referral partners earn 10–15% of first-year contract value as a one-time payment. Sales partners earn 25–30% on new contracts and 20% on renewals, plus a performance bonus. Consulting partners earn 15–20% on new contracts and 10% on renewals. On top of all commissions, you keep 100% of any consulting, onboarding, or training fees you bill directly to clients.
