We’ve experienced the pains of construction management firsthand, as our roots and many of our people are from the industry. With our in-house construction expertise, close collaboration with people in the field, and top-notch tech and design talents, we know we can solve this challenge.

Startup life isn’t usually associated with a positive work-life balance. While we acknowledge we still have work to do, we are fully committed to building a healthy and stable work environment.

We praise breaks and recharging, as no one is 100% productive all the time. To encourage this, we offer everyone 1 hour per week for self-care, such as hitting the gym, taking a walk, or enjoying a massage.

Well-being is also part of our rewards system. For example, everyone gets extra paid time off during the Christmas holidays.

Our official working language is English, so we hope you’re fluent and comfortable with it. Since most of our customers are currently based in Finland and Norway, fluent Finnish/Norwegian is required in some customer-facing roles, like sales and customer success.

Our headquarters is in Helsinki, Ruoholahti, which is just a short walk or cycle from the city centre and easy to reach both by public transportation and car.

In Oslo our team works from the Construction City - a modern innovation hub and co-working space dedicated to the construction, engineering and real estate industries.

We have a hybrid working policy, and most of our team members split their time between the office and working remotely.

We enjoy workshopping and ideating together in person, and as a young team, we believe in joint rituals for sharing knowledge and building a strong culture.

However, we trust everyone knows what works best for them and their team, so there are no strict policies about where you should work from.
