Skanska, a global leader in construction and project development services, has implemented a new data-driven production management software across all its sites in Finland. Developed in collaboration with Skanska, Finnish construction tech company Sitedrive created this technology to help Skanska standardize processes and accelerate project timelines.
Since 2020, Sitedrive and Skanska have closely collaborated on technology, focusing on optimising site production, digitalising processes, and scaling best practices based on site needs. Skanska now uses Sitedrive’s new production management software across all its Finnish sites. This data-driven solution provides seamless project and site management through a unified schedule. It enhances project flow efficiency and shortens lead times by enabling clear scheduling and management of all phases within a single platform. Subcontractors can also operate smoothly and precisely without the need for buffer times or idle spaces.
Sitedrive’s comprehensive production management software significantly boosts space utilisation within construction projects, speeding up completion and saving costs. Beyond time and cost savings, Sitedrive’s tool brings valuable new data from sites, supporting project tracking, decision-making, and enabling broader use of AI in construction.
